Very great, and products as described. Easy to deal with and delivered on time. It was easy to exchange a few items and the replacement was received promptly. I had one point of contact throughout the journey and Alistair was very responsive and was not trying to sell me stuff that I did not need. Thank you. Highly recommended.

Everything came to the right size. Great quality unless there’s a few minor scratch on a few slats. But Thanks Alistair for your help to design our fences and gates. Will use that system again for sure !

I've just finished my fencing project and cannot be happier with the end result. Here are a few points: 1. Delivery was a few days ahead of plan. 2. All parts were well prepared, packed and wrapped for transport - no damaged on more than 70 pieces. 3. Sliding gate and pedestrian gate were cut to measure - this makes it so much easier to assemble if you are confident in your measurements. The rest of my fence was 6100mm slats which I cut on site. Tip - make use of the resources they provide to get your foundations and rail measurements right if you are doing a sliding gate. 4. If you want endless patience, ask for Alistair. The poor guy answered more than 30 emails from me before the order was placed - big thanks to you! 5. The installation is not as intimidating as one might think, once the posts were in the rest went up in a day. 6. I will definitely be making use of these guys in the future. 7. Still have some finishing to do but here is my progress so far...

Decided to purchase my slat panels and gate through Fencing Suppliers for the simple reason that they were priced sharply, but more, the service received from Alistair was exemplary. Responsive, helpful and clear, and genuinely wanted the outcome to be positive. The finished product, which I cut and installed myself, is brilliant and exact what I was hoping for. I would highly recommend buying your slats here.

I done my research and look no further, these guys are the best, trust me. Alistair and his team are true professionals and know their stuff. They accommodated my project and gave valuable info on what products I actually need. Delivery was spot on. The product was 100% So this doesn't look like a paid review, one of the slats was delivered damaged; however, this was replaced within a couple of hours, even Bunnings doesn't offer that service. The products are well priced as well. I highly recommend.
