At Fencing Suppliers Sydney, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.

Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The return request is made within 10 days of purchase
  • The product is unused, in new condition, and in its original packaging
  • The item is returned in-store

Products that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for return.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible products within the 10-day return window.

To qualify for an exchange, the item must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in original packaging
  • Be returned in-store

Defective Products

If you receive a product that is defective or faulty, please return it to our store within 10 days of purchase. Our team will inspect the item and arrange an exchange or refund where appropriate.

This policy operates alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which entitles you to a replacement or refund for major faults.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be returned within 10 days of purchase

We do not offer extensions to the return window.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns may incur a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued in AUD (Australian Dollars)
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible
